Sample feedback can return to development. Revisions and transit are planned separately; timing begins from the agreed specification and start date.

01Before samplingAgree the scope before the first sample.
Bring your tech pack, reference garment or product brief. Identify who will supply the measurement chart, artwork and material requirements, and which decisions need development support. Confirm the physical samples and any supporting files included in the agreed scope.
Proto charges are US$50–200, and the first modification is free. The sample charging policy below sets out further revisions and refund eligibility. Confirm the applicable price, any special development work and shipping in your quotation. Sampling takes 7–10 working days from the confirmed start, with revisions and transit planned separately.
02Before productionMake the quotation and approval describe the same order.
Record the approved sample version, specification, colour references, size allocation and branding files together. Our bulk MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per colour: one style in navy and black is at least 200 pieces.
Confirm the payment schedule, currency, quotation validity, packing, delivery terms and who arranges transport. Establish which charges are included and which are separate. Bulk production takes 30–45 working days from the agreed start; this is not an arrival-date promise.
03Quality & exceptionsDecide what acceptance will be measured against.
Agree the measurement points, tolerances, appearance checks and supporting records before production. If your team requires laboratory testing or third-party inspection, include the scope and reporting requirements in the brief so availability and cost can be confirmed.
If an issue is identified, assemble the order reference, affected style and colour, quantities, clear photographs and measurements against the approved specification. Agree the review and resolution process in the order terms; a general quality statement is not a substitute for those terms.
04Design informationSet the boundaries before sharing sensitive files.
Start with the information needed to explain the project. Identify confidential drawings or artwork and raise any NDA, exclusivity or access requirements before sending restricted material.
Confirm how patterns, artwork and development files may be used, who owns each deliverable, and what files will be returned. These arrangements belong in the agreed project scope; they should not be inferred from a sample order.
05Repeat ordersStart from the approved version, then check what has changed.
Include the previous project reference, style code, approved sample or specification version, colours and new size allocation. Clearly separate an unchanged repeat from a request to alter fit, material or branding.
Reconfirm material and trim availability, colour reference, quantities, price and production timing. The bulk MOQ remains 100 pieces per style, per colour. A previous approval provides a reference; it does not establish current stock availability or a new delivery date.

Specify the destination country, your size chart and measurements, label languages, artwork and quantity per style and colour. Identify any performance claims and supporting test requirements before sampling. We review the product specification and quotation with your team; delivery arrangements are confirmed for the individual order.
REINFORM is an equestrian clothing manufacturer with its own factory, established in 2016. We develop private label collections for brands and specialist retailers. Wholesale equestrian clothing enquiries are reviewed as made-to-order bulk production, not ready-made stock orders. The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per colour.
Our bulk MOQ is 100 pieces per style, per colour. Two styles in two colours require at least 400 pieces in total. Tell us your size breakdown when you brief the collection.
Sampling takes 7–10 working days. Bulk production takes 30–45 working days. We confirm the start date once the specification, materials and order details are agreed. Sample revisions and shipping are separate from these production windows.
Yes. Start with a product brief or reference images. Tell us what you want to develop, who will wear it and what makes it different. We will review the missing specifications with you before sampling.
Share your requirements for fit, colours, grip layout, logo placement, labels and packaging. We review each detail for the chosen garment and confirm the feasible specification and quotation before development.
The images show original development concepts, not stock available to ship. They help you communicate a product direction. Final construction, materials, fit and colour are agreed through the sample process.
