This notice explains how information submitted through the REINFORM website is used for equestrian apparel project enquiries.
LAST UPDATED / 19 OCTOBER 2026Who operates this website
The REINFORM website is operated by HANGZHOU FORTHRIGHT TRADE CO.,LTD. For questions about your information, contact [email protected].
What you provide
The project form collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, company, destination country, product interests and project description. Quantity, development stage, target date and reference link are optional. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.
What happens to your brief
When you choose email, the website sends your brief to the REINFORM team through our NetEase enterprise email service. Your details are processed in server memory for sending, without a website inquiry database. A successful submission means the email service accepted the message; it does not confirm a quotation or booking. You can also choose WhatsApp and confirm sending there.
Storage and access
Project information you send directly is handled in the selected communication service for project review and follow-up. WhatsApp and your email provider have their own privacy practices. The website host may process technical request logs needed to operate the site. Form drafts are not stored in a website database or browser local storage.
Your records and choices
You can download your prepared brief before sending it. A local draft identifier is not a receipt or confirmation of delivery. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us, contact us using the form below or the contact details on this site. We will verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information.
Cookies and external links
This site does not add advertising trackers or a marketing analytics script. The hosting service may use cookies necessary for access and operation. Reference links and reading sources may lead to other websites with their own privacy practices. The project form does not automatically retrieve the content of links you submit.
Make a data request
Use the same email as your project inquiry and include the project reference if you have it. Only include details needed to identify your request.
